Congratulations to Lusso’s talented chef de partie, Ben Garnett-Sinclair who won the Young Chef Award at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards 2017.
Aged just 21, this is the second time in two years that Ben has caught the attention of the Craft Guild of Chefs judges. He scooped the Apprentice Chef Award in 2015 – an incredible achievement that is testament to his talent and dedication to his profession.
Since joining Lusso as an apprentice chef, Ben has been eager to learn and progress his skills and knowledge. He has seized every opportunity with passion, drive and creativity, from developing his culinary talent in the Lusso kitchen to mentoring at the CH&Co Group Chef Academy and representing the business in culinary competitions.

To have received two Craft Guild of Chefs Awards and exclusive winners’ dinner jackets at such a young age is phenomenal.
